About Us

intimatek was incorporated in December 2006 to optimize the business processes of small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) using its customized, information technology backed services, aiming to eliminate the technological barriers that these SMEs typically face. In order to optimize its clients' business processes, intimatek provides consulting services to analyze these processes, and recommends, implements and maintains the necessary information technology services. The main areas of services provided by intimatek are enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and human resources management.
intimatek's process consultancy services are comprised of two phases. In the initial phase, intimatek business analysts, along with managers and employees at the customer SME, study their business processes, analyze them in detail and design how the business processes will be transferred to the computerized tracking system. In other words, business analysts listen to how people do things at the company, then design these into business processes models and come up with the system to allow these user to keep track of their work through computers. In the second phase, this designed system is implemented on computer systems to enable the customer SME to self manage its business processes. These two phases ensure that the solution fits the needs of the customer exactly.
